Technology Means Everything
At first glance, a car windshield wiper seems like a simple product, but nothing could be further from the truth. An average wiper consists of several to a dozen or more components, with practically each one being manufactured using a different technology. The spectrum is broad, ranging from elastomer processing, plastics, and steel fabrication to die casting and complex chemical engineering issues related to coatings. Each component must be prepared in such a way that, when assembled, they form an integral product. Only the synergy of all the features of the individual wiper components ensures its high performance.
Research and Development R&D
Research and Development Department is the heart of our operations, constantly striving to create technologically advanced solutions in the field of automotive wiper blades. Thanks to our team of experienced engineers and designers, we are able to deliver products that meet our customers’ expectations.
Dr. Jan Baran Chief Technologist at VISEE
As Chief Technologist, I am responsible for key aspects of the production of VISEE brand automotive wiper blades. My education has provided me with a solid theoretical and practical foundation, which I use in my daily work by managing complex technological processes and introducing innovations in production. I am responsible for designing wiper structures, optimizing injection molds, and precisely setting injection molding parameters, which is crucial for achieving the highest quality products. I also oversee the creation of CAM programs and electrodes for electrical discharge machining (EDM), enabling the highest precision in wiper component production. In production, I also focus on automation, which increases production efficiency, ensures repeatability, and minimizes the risk of errors.

Bohdal
As an expert in the production of automotive wipers and plastic forming, Prof. Bohdal focuses on optimizing wiper design, improving their durability, and introducing innovative materials and production technologies. His advanced knowledge and experience have contributed to the improvement of the quality and performance of VISEE wipers.
Dr. Eng. Radosław Patyk
An expert in material strength. In collaboration, he focuses on optimizing the design of VISEE windshield wipers, utilizing his experience in structural, dynamic, and fatigue analyses.
Dr inż. Krzysztof Kukiełka
An expert in management and production engineering. The collaboration includes theoretical analyses and practical implementations in production engineering, metrology, and quality management of VISEE automotive wipers.
Quality Research
To ensure the highest quality and excellent performance of our products, we constantly monitor their operation so that they serve users for as long as possible, are quieter, more durable, and clean windows more effectively.
We are also continuously working on improving aerodynamics.
We conduct our tests on our own testers to best simulate real driving conditions.
Our designers’ task is to develop an innovative, functional, and ergonomic product whose design features smooth transitions and surface bends, creating a cohesive wiper structure.
Own Machine Park
We have facilities that include, among others, a design department, an injection molding department, a metalworking department, a quality control department for products and semi-finished products, and a tool shop. All of this gives us quite extensive capabilities.
